As one called into the ministry, Pastor Rolando A. Baysa worked for almost twenty years in the Philippines. Before he came to North America in 1993, he was the Ministerial Director and Church Ministries Associate Director for Stewardship in Northern Luzon Mission.

He received his pastoral and theological training both in the Philippines and in the United States. He is currently taking Graduate Courses at the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary, Andrews University, Berrien Springs, MI.

Above all he loves His God supremely who has called him into the ministry. He loves people of all nationalities too!

He is married to Esmeralda A. Baysa, a Registered Nurse at MD Anderson Cancer Center of Houston, Texas. They are blessed with three children, Rouely Bryan, Sherrie Joy, and Mervyn Louis.
